Albert, as a Senior Aeronautical Engineer, worked on the development of aviation engine manufacturing at the Rolls-Royce factory in Derby, England, where he carried out professional tasks at the highest level of processes. He later moved to Spain, where he began working alongside Alejandro and embarked on the adventure of wanting to change the maritime world, given the relationship between aviation and maritime incidents in the company, with the goal of substantially improving the non-existent work processes in the naval sector.
Alejandro as an aeronautical technician and risk specialist, landed in the naval world by the hand of Comismar Group where he moved to the island of Ibiza to manage the claims of ships and boats as a delegate of the company. After performing an average of 300 annual inspections of vessels and finding that the naval world has little traceability and control, as well as countless costs in unproductive times unlike the aviation sector, he decided to launch the StarNapp project along with Albert.
